middot Manages the Attorney General’s Chambers consisting of the Civil Litigation, Legislative Drafting, International and Commercial, and Corporate Services Division (400+ staff compliment)

middot Administrative oversight of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions.

middot Serves on several high policy level Committees, Boards and Councils, eg. Cabinet Business Committee, the Defence Council, the Security and Intelligence Committee, Minerals Policy Committee, DEBSWANA and DTC Botswana.

middot Represents the Government of Botswana at various regional and international meetings, eg: SADC Committee of Ministers of Justice and Attorneys General Commonwealth Law Ministers and Attorneys General and Assembly of Sates Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (Participated in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013).


middot Participation since 2009 in the annual meetings of the Assembly of State Parties often as Head of the Botswana Delegation, and ASP side events
