Nare Wants to Bolster Squad

| January 28, 2015

Letlapeng coach, Daniel ‘Chicco Dance’ Nare says his team needs to beef up its squad if they want to stay afloat in the be Mobile Premier league.

Nare said this in an interview after his team lost 3-1 to Motlakase Power Dynamos at the Lobatse Sports Complex over the weekend. He said the team still had a lot of work to do, conceeding that they gave the game away through silly mistakes.

Nare who was on his second game after parting ways with BMC said the club needed to sign some players to bolster the pool they had. He did not, however, reveal the areas that needed critical attention. The team has so far conceded seven goals in the last two games and still stuck at the bottom of the log with eight points.

Meanwhile, Motlakase coach, Dominique Changwe, who was given marching orders, said he was not happy with the way the referee had handled the emotionally charged game.

He said the referee was biased and had failed to protect the players, adding he even gave the home side an unfair spot kick. Nonetheless, Changwe was happy that his boys kept shape and emerged victorious.

The win placed Motlakase on position 12 of the table.
